How a purchase goes

Pick a parcel and ask questions
Call or send a note about any lot. You get the parcel number, the county, and the coordinates so you can verify everything yourself.

Reserve it with a deposit
A deposit takes the parcel off the list while paperwork is prepared. Cash and financed purchases follow the same path here.

Close through a title company
A closing company handles the deed and recording. You receive the recorded deed once the county files it.
We own what we sell, so the price on the page is the price.
No listing agents, no bidding against other buyers, and no fees added at closing beyond the recording and title work. Do your own due diligence on zoning, access, and utilities. We will hand you every document we have to make that easier.
